Privacy policy
Elevated Imagery is a sole trader based at Mission Beach, Queensland. We make dated aerial records of property, sites and assets. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy says what we collect, why, where it is kept and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or contact us: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the site address, what you need, and any files you attach. The same applies to anything you send by email or tell us on the phone.
When we do the work: photographs, video and position data of the property we are engaged to record. Images of a site can incidentally include people, vehicles or neighbouring property. We don’t set out to identify anyone, and we don’t publish a client’s imagery without their consent.
When you visit this website: we use Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no personal information. It counts visits, pages and a few button clicks, such as downloading the sample report.
We don’t collect sensitive information such as health details.
Why we collect it
To answer your request, quote, book and carry out the job, deliver the record, invoice, and keep the records the law requires. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use quote details for marketing.
Who sees it
You, and anyone you ask us in writing to send the record to (for example your insurer, assessor or builder). Otherwise only where the law requires it, or to prevent a serious threat to someone’s life, health or safety.
Where it is kept
- Quote requests made on this website open in your own email app and reach us by email, with any files you attach. This website’s server functions, which run in Sydney (Vercel), do not store them.
- Email runs on Microsoft 365. Microsoft may store email in Australia or overseas.
- Imagery and records are kept on our own equipment and in the files we deliver to you.
Access is limited to Elevated Imagery. Files are held in private storage, not on public links.
How long we keep it

You can ask us in writing to delete your material earlier, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
Seeing or correcting your information
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at the contact details below. We reply within 30 days, and there is no fee to ask.
If something goes wrong
If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Email brock@elevatedimagery.com.au or call 0482 726 916. We acknowledge a complaint within 5 business days and answer within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner on 1300 363 992 or at oaic.gov.au.
