Roof area, storeys, access, the number of buildings and whether an interior walk-through is needed are what move the price. Give us those and the quote comes back as one fixed figure with an attendance date, not an estimate that grows on site.

How a price is set.
Every job is priced on its own inputs: what is there, how many buildings, how far, and what the file needs to say. The price is confirmed in writing before anyone flies.
- You send the inputs
The quote form asks for the things that move the price: the address, the property type, the purpose and who is paying. Phone photos of the site help.
- One reply, in writing
A fixed price for the attendance and an attendance date. Travel is inside the figure.
- You accept it
Nothing is booked until you do. The SWMS and the site authority come before we do.
- The invoice matches
The number on the quote is the number on the invoice. If the site is not what was described, we say so before flying.

Before and after: pre-season record and post-event re-fly
Per property. The before set ahead of the season (a photographic record on a house; a baseline condition report on commercial, strata and resort buildings), held on record, then the re-fly to the same frames and the before and after pack after an event. Portfolios and rent rolls on one instruction, priced per property with shared travel. Detail: Before and after.
Single dwelling roof documentation
Quoted per site. Whole of roof aerial capture set, indexed with capture time and position, media index and a one page cover note. No narrative schedule. Detail: Single dwelling roof documentation.
Roof inspection and report
Single building. Aerial and ground capture, executive summary, numbered schedule of observations with Red, Amber and Green, photo schedule by elevation, media index. Detail: Roof inspection and report.
Commercial or strata roof or facade
Class 2 to 9 buildings: unit blocks, commercial, industrial, resort. Full report as above; larger buildings and multi-building complexes quoted on area and count. Detail: Commercial or strata roof or facade.
Storm or cyclone claim documentation
Per site. Inspection and report for the assessment of a claim, residential or commercial. Portfolio runs on one instruction priced per site with shared travel. Detail: Storm or cyclone claim documentation.
Builder or strata progress, handover or dilapidation set
Per visit. Aerial and ground set to a fixed stand-off, indexed, with media index. Report narrative where instructed. Detail: Builder or strata progress, handover or dilapidation set.
Construction progress set
Per visit, to the agreed cadence. Same frames every visit, aerial site overview, indexed with time and position, comparison pages across visits. Orthomosaic quoted where instructed. Detail: Construction progress set.
Asset and plant register
Per site. Plant, vehicles, trailers, tooling, stock, compound and yard, with serials, marks and condition photographed to one standard, aerial coverage of the yard, PDF register and indexed media. Larger yards quoted on asset count. Detail: Asset and plant register.
Tourism, business or property story set
Per attendance. Aerial and ground set graded to one recipe, short clips in 16:9 and vertical, media index and a written usage licence. Detail: Tourism, business or property story set.
Every price is confirmed in writing before we fly. Thermal will be available and will be listed here once the instrument is in hand.
Travel, urgency, no extras.
- Travel
- Included within 100 km of Mission Beach by road. Further afield, travel is quoted inside the same fixed price, not as an hourly travel rate. Any overnight stay is priced in the quote. Multi-site runs share the travel. Check your town on the map.
- Urgent
- Attendance requested within 24 hours of instruction is quoted as urgent, subject to availability, weather and airspace. After a declared event, attendance is as soon as the site is safe and accessible, and the honest date is given on the call.
- No extras
- Once the inputs are known the price is fixed. If the site turns out to be something other than what was described, we say so before flying, not on the invoice.
- In writing
- Any figure mentioned before the written quote is indicative until it is confirmed in writing.

Things we do not quote for.
House pre-purchase or termite
Licensed building inspector work in Queensland. Not offered. We can supply the aerial capture to your licensed inspector for their report.
Repair, make safe, tarping
Building work. We do not do it and we do not scope or price it. That keeps the report independent.
Cause, cost or cover
The report records condition observed. What caused it, what it costs and whether it is covered are the adjuster’s, the builder’s and the insurer’s calls.
Based where the cyclones cross.
Mission Beach sits between Innisfail and Cardwell. Cyclone Jasper crossed north of Cairns in December 2023, and the rain that followed brought widespread flooding. Kirrily crossed near Townsville in January 2024. Before them, Yasi crossed the coast here in February 2011, and Larry near Innisfail five years earlier.
After a crossing, flights fill, the highway can be cut and the beds go to the assessors. An operator flying in from Brisbane competes for the same seat and the same room as your people. We drive out of our own driveway.
